​How Do I Place An Order?

 

  • Place your order online at our website, 24-hours a day. Store hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM PDT, Monday to Saturday.

  • The minimum order is 6pcs and over $100.

Payment and Shipping

 

  • Payment required within 7 days. Domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.             

  • International orders: the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. please verify with your customs.before making your purchase;

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday should ship the same business day. We are closed on most national holidays. Orders $500.00 and above will ship freight free in the continental US. All products shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. They will not deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship worldwide by FedEx or Priority Mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A valid contact phone number and email address are required for all shipments.

 

 

Why is my credit card being declined

 

  • In the majority of cases, credit cards are declined due to entering an incorrect billing address. The correct billing address is where the statement is mailed.

  • Due to the different nature of wholesale and retail, please be advised that our return policy is very strict in order to be able to offer the lowest bulk prices possible.

  • All sales are considered final except when the items received involve manufacturer defects only that meet the following objective guidelines within 3 days of delivery of goods: items with a broken zipper, broken snap button, broken strap or strap parts, missing zipper pull, broken hardware, missing embellishments, severely torn material, and ripped lining.
